Urges the development of policies, or the better implementing of the existing policies in order to properly respond to women’s economic, medical and psychological needs in crisis and post- disaster situation; stresses that women’s lack of savings and limited mobility, in particular in rural areas, could result in them being placed in inadequate shelters, where their safety is endangered;
