StresseCondemns that the Centre did not respect the ceiling of a framework contract, which was signed in 2012 with a maximum amount for signing specific contracts of EUR 250 000, as by the end of 2015 the total payments made under this contract amounted to EUR 382 181; calls on the Centre to improve the procedure for monitoring framework contracts;
