Underlines the strategic importance of the European Global Satellite Navigation Systems (Galileo and EGNOS) as well as the European Earth monitoring programme GMES and is convinced, that their implementation will require intensive monitoring and evaluation; recognisestakes the view that the development of the newly established European space policy would logically imply additional financial capacity for the EUrequire a proper budget line with adequate funding.
