Calls for strengthening the WTO parliamentary dimension to ensure that parliamentarians get better access to trade negotiations, are involved in the formulation and implementation of WTO decision making, and ensure trade policies are properly scrutinised in the interests of their citizens; calls accordingly for a permanent European parliamentary delegation to the WTO to be established;
