Underlines the importance to provide further and focused assistance to applicants implementing projects under the Public Health programme, in order to avoid unreasonable cost claims and incomplete financial reports which result in lengthy procedures; additionally, calls for clear and user-friendly call for tenders to avoid project applications which are clearly not eligible for funding due to their size and associated high costs or of poor quality;
