Takes note of the revision of the Authority's procedures in December 2010 to ensure the implementation of the obligations deriving from Articles 16(2), 17 and 19 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union, laid down in Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/681; has been informed that in 2010 20 staff members left the Authority of whom all have received a letter upon departure reminding them of their obligations vis-à- vis the Authority; ________________ 1 OJ L 56, 4.3.1968, p.1.
