Takes note of the increased activities of Members in non-legislative work as laid down in the Rules of Procedures which ties considerable Parliament's resources and those of other EU Institutions; asks the Bureau and the Secretary-General for an analysis of this fact before the adoption of Parliament's budget 2013 and to present options on how to limit this increased burden;
