(-aa) In paragraph 2, the following point is inserted: ‘(aa) to exempt insurance and reinsurance undertakings from submitting templates specified in the delegated acts in accordance with paragraph 6, where the activities of the reinsurance or reinsurance undertakings are pursued only in the Member State where the undertaking has been authorised;’
