Actions to promote mobility of individuals in the Union, focusing in particular on cross-border workers and on the development of a multilingual digital platform for the clearance of job vacancies and applications, and targeted mobility schemes to fill vacancies where labour market shortcomings have been identified and/or to help specific groups of workers such as young people.
