Stresses the importance of the expedition and completionNotes that, despite short-term improvements in the situation, the crisis ofn the banking union; believes that completion of the banking union must be achieved by means of an insurance and markets unionfinancial markets has not yet been overcome, and calls on the ECB to sell off, and not buy up more, high-risk securities, and thus avoid slowly turning into the European bad bank, as this would only serve to prolong the crisis;
