Regrets that some Member States have not taken ‘atypical’ employees (part-time workers, temporary workers, trainees, apprentices and workers in assisted employment), into account in their measures for the transposition of Directive 2002/14/EC, and calls onfor them to do so actual number of employees – regardless of age or type of employment contract – always to be used when calculating workforce size thresholds;
