Notes that on 9 July 2007, the Bureau considered the political groups' reports on the execution of the budget, as well as the reports drawn up by the relevant auditors; notes, in this context, that the Bureau instructed the authorising officer to recover from the ELDR/ALDE Group EUR 25 403,77 in unused appropriations, it being impossible to carry over this sum;
