Recalls that all measures which prohibit, impede or render less attractive the exercise to provide services, than a domestically established entity, is a violation against the TFEU (art. 49) as well as the Services Directive (2006/123/EC); calls on the Commission and Member State to facilitate cross- border work by removing barriers such as laws and customs that are detrimental for work across borders;
