Finds it necessary to work together with the US on strengthening the multilateral trading system and reforming the World Trade Organization; encourages the Biden administration to resolve the ongoing blockade of the Appellate Body at the WTO; welcomes the agreement on tariffs in the Boeing-Airbus dispute
