Notes with appreciationRegrets that sub- Saharan Africa is still the largest recipient of budget support with a share of 36 %; observes furthermore that the share of low income countries decreased to 32 % (compared to 38% in 2018) and that lower middle income countries, with 47 % of the total ongoing commitments, represent the largest beneficiaries of budget support;
