Recalls the strong need for culture and education, as the backbone of our democracy, society and economy, to receive support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), also with regard to the green and digital transitioniterates the crucial importance that education, culture and sports receive support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility since they play a key role in our daily lives by shaping our identity, creating bonds between generations and deepening our social and democratic participation; recognises how paramount these sectors are for our economies;
