Considers that Article 21(2) TEU should be modified to include the concepts of ‘strategic sovereignty’ and ‘strategic autonomy’ in the list of objectives of the CFSPBelieves that the EU will become an effective diplomatic and security actor based on strong action and will increase its strategic sovereignty only via concrete measures, policies, budgets and commitments;
