E. whereas the professional illegal transmission of a whole sport event should be distinguished from short sequences shared among fans and pertaining to fan culture, in order to highlight incidents of, for example, hate speech and racism taking place, and from content shared by journalists for the purpose of informing the general public as set out in the Audiovisual Media Services Directive;
