Recalls that EU Member States are the world's largest donor of development aid; therefore stresses the importance of ensuring that EU taxpayers are able to have access to all information relating to how and on what projects their money is being spent in developing countries; insists that the corrupt use of EU funding should result in an immediate suspension of payments;
