(-1) in Article 12, the following paragraph is added: 2a. No later than 1 January 2029, the Commission shall launch the process of evaluating the need to modify the binding limit values for diisocyanates and, where appropriate, after consulting the ACSH, shall propose necessary amendments and modifications related to that group of substances in Annex I without delay.
