Notes that it is vital to ensure quality care across the life course; underlines the importance of the accessibility, availability and affordability of care, and thatdomestic and care services, and encourages Member States to develop simplified digital tools and social and fiscal incentives. By doing so, the affordability of the sector would be further guaranteed. Furthermore, all users and their carers should have a genuine choice when it comes to care services;
