WelcomesExpresses regret at the fact that Eurojust and the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) intend to increase their cooperation in the future; supports the perspective of strengthened cooperation between Eurojust and the FRA, in particular with regard to detention conditions problems, access to lawyers, and victims’ rightnotes that this agency uses fundamental rights to impede the work of law enforcement agencies.
