Believes that, owing to the borderless nature of the discipline, the European Union is the appropriate level at which to address the challenges of e- sport; eEncourages the introduction of European mapping of e-sport actors at local, regional and national level, enabling Europeans to get in touch with structures close to them, as well as facilitating the organisation of competitions and encouraging amateur e-sport;
