Notes that the Management Board of the Agency strongly recommends to the Budget Authority to dedicate sufficient resources to the EU, Agency for Railways, in line with the expected prioritisation of tasks; supports this request, in particular when it comes to the Human resources necessary to implement the 4th Railway package;
