Underlines that given the lack of sufficient mental health support and policies in the workplace, employees often have to rely on services provided by non- governmental organisations (NGOs); calls for workplaces to ensure employees have access to in-house mental health support and remedies with due respect to workers' privacy and confidentiality, and where feasible, provide relevant support in collaboration with a certified, independent provider;
