Reiterates its call to reform the Code of Conduct for business taxation to combat harmful tax practices, which has become seriously outdated in the context of growing digitisation and globalisation, and asks to replace it with a framework on aggressive tax arrangements and low- rates, which would include sharper criteria for defining what constitutes a tax heaven, as well as inclusion of highly mobile wealthy individuals under the scope of the instrument;
