Recalls its letter sent to the Commission on 13 February 2020 on the implementation of the two delegated acts adding the instrument for financial support for external borders and visa to ISF Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/4461a) and adding a new specific action toAMIFDelegated Regulation (EU) 2020/4452a); notes that the delegated act to AMIF has not been used; expresses concerns that despite the call of the Chair of Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affaires on the Commission to ensure that there is no risk of violations of the rights and principles enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the Commission granted additional funding to countries where risks of violations of fundamental rights were reported, including Croatia and Greece; calls on the Commission to urgently provide detailed information about the different projects funded under delegated Regulation (EU)2020/446, including access to the project applications, their evaluations and the revised national programmes; 1a Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/446 of 15 October 2019 amending Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 515/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing as part of the Internal Security Fund, the instrument for financial support for external borders and visa (OJ L 94, 27.3.2020, p. 3). 2a Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/445 of 15 October 2019 amending Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 516/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (OJ L 94, 27.3.2020, p. 1)
