Paragraph 4 a (new)
4 a. Stresses the need to increase the financial and human resources of the Agency to enable it to carry out its important safety and security tasks, particularly in the light of the 737 MAX accidents and distrust of the FAA that resulted ; recalls that the problem of lack of staff remains one of the main obstacles to efficiency and that priority should begiven to supporting staff by providing additional resources.
