Stresses that hydrogen can play a significant role in reducing emissions; points out that companies are placing their hopes in electric aircraft for smaller- scale solutions and hydrogen aircraft for larger ones; takes the view in that connection that an infrastructure policy for the building of hydrogen-production and storage facilities at airports is needed;
