The date of placing on the market shall be referring to the planned delivery date as specified in the purchase contract.

Where additional information is required under this Regulation, it shall be assessed in conjunction with other labelling parameters defined according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008, Regulation (EU) 528/2012 and Regulation (EC) 1107/2009.
