Recommends the rapid establishment of an inter-institutional group between the Parliament, the Council and the Commission to discuss how to proceed after the judgment without endangWelcomes the spirit of cooperation and responsibility which marks the revision of Decision 2006/1016/EC, with the aim of preserving the continuity of the external financial operations of the EIB; recommends that the EIB take part in those discussions as an observer;
