Is concerned by the alleged cases of cronyism and the high level of dissatisfaction among the ECB employees, many of whom being currently overworked and/or at risk of burnout;urges the ECB to restore an effective and sound social dialogue;calls on the ECB to revise, where necessary, its labour rules in order to ensure equal treatment and equal opportunities and for all its staff as well as to guarantee safe and decent working conditions within the institution;
