Calls on Member States to support and implement EU actions to combat Tax Fraud, Tax Avoidance and Aggressive Tax Planning and anti-money laundering, and in particular, the implementation of the Anti Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD), so that the EU complies with current international standards; calls on the European Commission to publish a first assessment of the ATAD which should have been transposed since 1 January 2019; demands that such assessment includes an analysis on the level of corporate tax revenues, on tax strategies put in place by multinationals and on growth as well as an assessment of the robustness of implementation against new tax avoidance strategies
