Notes that five Member States have not yet recognised Kosovo, and reiterates its call for them to do soadvises these states to reconsider their position; stresses that recognition would be beneficial to the normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, would enhance and consolidate the stability of the region and facilitate the EU integration of both states; accepts that the decision of recognition is dependent on the evolutions and the outcome of the negotiations between Serbia and Kosovo;
