Notes the gender balance within the Agency’s senior management members, with 3 out of 5 (60%) being women; notes the lack of gender balance within the Agency’s management board members, with 47 out of 65 (72%) being men; further notes the lack of gender balance within the Agency’s overall staff, with 172 out of 268 (64%) being men; asks the Commission and the Member States to take into account the importance of ensuring gender balance when nominating their members to the Agency’s management board;
