Insists on the need for the EU to allocate specific funds to enable regions under greater migratory pressure, mainly those at the EU’s external borders, such as the outermost regions, to be able to cope with the reception and assistance of unaccompanied minors arriving on their territories, facilitating the relocation of these minors as soon as possible to the Member States and the rest of the EU if they have relatives elsewhere;
