Proposal for a regulation Article 4 – paragraph 6 – subparagraph 3 a (new)
Where Member States have existing Public Service Obligations that relate to security of gas supply the Competent Authorities shall publish these within 2 months of this Regulation being in force and update as necessary following adoption of their Preventative and Emergency Plans.
