Reiterates the aim of making Internal Market legislation work better; takes the view that improved implementation also depends on the development of practical co-operation and partnership between administrations; calls on the Member States and the Commission to further develop systems of exchange of best practices; underlines that, due to the numerous authorities at local, regional and national level, there is a need to actively promote and support administrative cooperation and simplification; points out that the Internal Market Information system has the potential to play a major role to this end;
