Acknowledges that the Agency has to implement the new tasks in the Common Fisheries Policy with a budget frozen at 2013 levels and a decrease of the staffNotes that, despite a budget frozen at 2013 levels and a decrease in staff, the Agency succeeds in carrying out its tasks, which is proof that if agencies are better organised there is no need for their resources to be constantly enhanced;
