While it is aware that, because of the terrorist attacks, the crisis and instability situation in Tunisia must be resolved, deplores the action taken by High Representative Federica Mogherini to ease the way for the import into Europe of an additional 70 000 tonnes of Tunisian oil duty-free, at the expense of some Member States (Italy, Spain, Greece and, in part, France)
