Underlines the importance of the reindustrialisation of Europe in order to achieve a share of at least 20% in industrial production as part of the European Member States´ GDP until 2020; therefore recalls the high importance of proactively supporting and strengthening the principles of competitiveness, sustainability and regulatory reliability in order to promote jobs and growth within Europe;
