Calls on the Commission to provide Parliament and the public with access to the data tracking the divergence between EU and UK law. track and examine the divergence between EU and UK law and to provide Parliament and the public with access to the obtained data by publishing an annual report of the identified divergences; calls on the Commission for making full use of all remedial and rebalancing measures available under the TCA in order to address identified divergences which lead to a weakening or a reduction of the levels of protection of workers, the environment and of the consumers..
