Proposes to set up a joint working group with BRICS countries in order to tackle cyber security matters, and especially to explore possibilities for aEncourages exchanges of knowledge in the field of cyber security with BRICS countries, with the aim of exploring possible common responses to growing cybercrime and cyber attacks;
