Stresses that the full implementation of the arrangements on the Irish border is crucial for business, and that Article 12 of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland concerning the application, monitoring and enforcement of the protocol should be implemented in good faith; would welcome further steps to be taken on level playing field issues in order to limit distortion of the cross- border economy or damage to the all- island economy;
