Calls on the Commission to raise awareness of the e-Justice Portal and its uses, and to make the e-Justice Portal a one-stop shop for relevant legal information and for access to justice in the Member States; notes, however, that not all parties to proceedings have equal access and the necessary skills to use information and communications technology, which could mean that their access to justice is limited;
