Stresses that integration is best achieved through schooling for young people and education in European citizenship for older people, that the EU should therefore promote a policy reception and integration in all the Member States, and that it is unacceptable that certain Member States should claim that the migration phenomenon is not their concern, stresses the humanitarian urgency created by the migratory flows and the risk posed to the tradition of respect for fundamental rights. Further, stressed that all member states ought to participate and propose reasonable solutions to the current and future challenges of migration phenomenon ;
