5. Reiterates its concern that only 89 % of management board members and 81 % of advisory forum members submitted the required annual declarations of interest in 2019; notes that these figures are respectively 7 and 8 percentage points lower than in 2018; welcomes the introduction of penalties, whereby, for non-submission of declarations of interest by management board and advisory forum members, a restricted access to meeting documents and the extranet is implemented and applied from early 2020;

8. Stresses that the Centre should continue promoting cooperation with other Union agencies and international organisations, and fostering dialogue with stakeholders and citizens; welcomes the launch of two new programmes in 2019: e-health and digital technologies and foresight;
