Calls on the Member States and the European institutions to cooperate with the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) and the Agency for Fundamental Rights in order to work together to combat violence and gender discrimination while observing the fundamental rights to freedom of thought, freedom of expression and freedom of religion enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.
