8a. Points out that the protection of human rights must not be an alibi for curbing and even punishing critical opinions about Islam and Islamisation, wrongly designated ‘Islamophobia’, and confirms that the protection of human rights includes the right to express any opinion about religions, and to do so – in accordance with the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights – even when those opinions might be vehement, offensive or shocking;
