1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committeegroup of experts referred to as the "'Fiscalis Programme Committee". That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/Expert Group'. This shall be a group of experts as defined in the Interinstitutional Agreement on on Better Law-Making of 13 April 20116.
